What You'll Do.
Provide accounts payable and administrative support
Ensure compliance with JLL Corporate requirements
Liaise with Contractors
and Government stakeholders
Address building maintenance requirements
Assist with portfolio and building reporting
Assist with preparation of budgets
Assist with preparation of outgoings recoveries
Assist with preparation of forecasts

Issue purchase orders
Set up contracts in Property Management System

You will play a key role in providing bespoke Property Management services to an important Government client, utilising your attention to detail and administrative capabilities to support the Account Director and Facilities Management team. **Responsibilities will include:** · Providing accounts payable and administrative support to a Account Director and Facilities Management team, ensuring compliance with JLL Corporate requirements for audits and risk management. · Liaising with Contractors, Tenants, and Government stakeholders to address building maintenance requirements. · Assisting with portfolio and building reporting commitments. · Assisting with the preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and graphs. · Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports. · Issuing purchase orders and setting up contracts in our Property Management System. · Monitoring and actively pursuing rental arrears. · Assisting in the Rent Review process (Fixed and CPI). · Sorting and processing of supplier invoices. · Assisting with the production of Tenant Tax Invoices and Account Reconciliations across the portfolio. **Interested?
