What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field, Real Estate license required within 12 months of hire date, 3-5 years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations, Experience in budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting, organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectively, communication skills

Nice to Have

LEED or AP accreditation, Familiarity with property management software systems such as MRI and IMPAK work order system

What You'll Do.

Assist with tenant communications and service requests

Support financial management activities

Coordinate maintenance work orders

Conduct regular property walks and inspections

Assist with lease administration tasks

Help facilitate tenant events and building communications

Comply with Property Management Agreements

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with tenants, vendors and engineers; Coordinate maintenance work orders with engineering teams and external contractors
