What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field, Real Estate license required within 6 months of hire date, 1-2 years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant or resident relations, 1-2 years of experience in budgeting, invoicing and financial reporting, organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectively
Nice to Have
Previous experience in commercial management, Familiarity with property management software systems such as Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms
What You'll Do.
Assist with tenant communications and service requests
Support financial management activities
Coordinate maintenance work orders
Conduct regular property walks and inspections
Assist with lease administration tasks
Help facilitate tenant events and building communications
Comply with Property Management Agreements
