What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-4 years of supervisory experience in corporate services, facilities operations, or customer service management, Basic understanding of facilities operations and vendor coordination, 2-3 years of experience in budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting, organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy, Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectively, Onsite presence required in Charlotte, NC
Nice to Have
Previous experience in property or facility management, Familiarity with commercial real estate operations and best practices, Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
