Supervise site personnel
Enforce company policies
Maintain office supplies
Maintain common area supplies
Prepare accurate reports
Prepare timely reports
Conduct quality control inspections
Track quality control inspections
Detect housing quality standard violations
Monitor security events
Document security events
Monitor maintenance issues
