What You'll Do.
Support financial operations and reporting
Assist with ad hoc reporting
Review and reconcile tenant recoveries
Review and reconcile landlord recoveries
Support financial operations for mobilisation
Support financial operations for demobilisation
Support day-to-day queries
Perform accounting duties
Perform administrative duties
Assist Property Accountants
Assist Senior Property Accountants
Monitor key performance indicators
Complete control account reconciliations
Monitor funding levels
Comply with procedures
Identify problem areas
Escalate issues promptly
Perform other controls
Act as a point of contact
Liaise with Surveyors
Liaise with JBS finance teams
Liaise with other stakeholders
Attend internal meetings
Attend external meetings
Establish communication links
