The Assistant Project Manager is assigned by the business to support the delivery Project Manager in leading the team that is responsible for achieving the project objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely, responsive completion of deliverables. * Coordinate the availability of resources, including personnel, equipment and materials to ensure timely project execution and minimise delays. * Support conflict resolution between stakeholders or departments where priorities cannot easily be called and support collaboration between cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum * Facilitate communication between key internal department resources and develop appropriate strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decision and execution. * Direct customer interface, including presentation of monthly and weekly reports as directed by the project manager, or as a stand in for the project manager. * Organise regular project meetings, maintaining clear communication of progress updates and ensuring action items are tracked and completed. * Ensure project documentation is maintained and made available in accor
