Join our team and participate in the innovation that ensures the highest security and trust worldwide. # **Job Description** Ultra Cyber are recruiting an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and management of projects which allow the business to deliver its strategic objective. The Assistant Project Manager is assigned by the business to support the delivery Project Manager in leading the team that is responsible for achieving the project objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely, responsive completion of deliverables. * Coordinate the availability of resources, including personnel, equipment and materials to ensure timely project execution and minimise delays. * Support conflict resolution between stakeholders or departments where priorities cannot easily be called and support collaboration between cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum * Facilitate communication between key internal department resources and develop appropriate strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decision and execution. * Direct customer interface, including presentation of monthly and weekly reports as directed by the project manager, or as a stand in for the project manager. * Organise regular project meetings, maintaining clear communication of progress updates and ensuring action items are tracked and completed. * Ensure project documentation is maintained and made available in accor
