Headquartered in Redwood City, CA, SB Energy develops, builds, owns or equivalent industry experience. 7+ years of professional experience. 2–5 years of experience supporting construction or infrastructure projects. Basic understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and project coordination. Familiarity with reading construction drawings and technical documents. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience working on data center or large-scale MEP projects. Exposure to budgeting or cost-tracking systems. Interest in pursuing PMP certification or formal project management training. Familiarity with design-build or fast-track project environments. Location: On-site near Austin, Texas. Base Pay - $140,000-$170,000 The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
