Position Summary: Working under general supervision, the Assistant Project Manager collaborates with Project Managers, and Field Management to ensure the successful planning, execution, customer satisfaction, and financial success of small-scale construction projects. This role supports project management functions including financial oversight, subcontractor coordination, and operational decision support. ## What You Will Do Manage assigned project scopes, coordinating resources, schedules, and subcontractor activities to support successful project execution and financial performance. Coordinate and prioritize project activities to maintain schedules and address project issues, exercising independent judgement to escalate or resolve matters impacting project delivery. Prepare and evaluate change order estimates and support project cost management by analyzing budget impacts and recommending adjustments as needed. Attend in-person and virtual client and field meetings to ensure effective communication. Coordinate project management activities including schedule tracking, documentation management, and project communications to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
