Full Job Description

Role Overview Madison Energy Infrastructure ("MEI") believes in the power of clean energy infrastructure and has emerged as a preeminent developer, investor, asset owner, and operator of distributed generation assets. This role represents a critical next step in MEI's evolution toward offering direct, end-to-end services to Fortune 500 corporates, public entities, nonprofits, and other private customers alike and building out development pipelines to finance renewable energy projects with our partners. The Assistant Project Manager ("APM") role at MEI provides support to our Project Management team in delivering distributed renewable energy projects within one of the United States' fastest-growing energy industries. This role will focus on providing administrative, operational and regulatory support to ensure the efficient completion of projects. The APM will work closely with designated Project Managers and the wider Operations team, playing a critical role in the coordination and documentation of multiple projects through their design, construction and closeout. These projects vary in size and complexity, encompassing everything from smaller rooftops to expansive ground-mounted solar PV and/or battery energy storage systems spanning the nation. What You’ll Be Doing Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to designated Project Managers, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing meeting minutes, following up on action items, drafting correspondence, etc. Document Control: Maintain and manage all project-related documents, including file naming convention, contracts, permits, reports, and compliance documentation, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. Project Support/Tracking: Assist in onboarding newly closed projects and track project milestones, deliverables/submittals, and timelines using project management systems
