What They're Looking For.
Must Have
degree in any property-related discipline, at least three years of experience in design, construction or project management, help drive the effective use of JLL technology platforms to deliver our projects, promote open and constructive relationships with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients, degree in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering or Architecture, min 3-5 years experience with a degree in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering or Architecture, On-site deployment in NCR, Jaipur, Mohali or North India, Experience in documentation, planning etc, Apprentice - projects for civil and interior works or MEP services related work at construction sites

Assistant Project Manager Project and Development Services – (region/country) What this job involves: Pillar of the team Working closely with either the project manager or the senior project manager (or both), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving project success. You’ll take ownership of small projects, and provide a boost to the major ones. Being one of the leaders at the helm, you’ll explore ways to bring out the best in your team by striving to ensure optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. Likewise, you’ll play a lead role in managing the organisational structure for each project, making sure that all reporting, communication and working procedures are streamlined, and that every project has clear objectives in place. Your attendance at project meetings is necessary, and you’ll be expected to create project-related reports, analyses and reviews. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is crucial; this role needs someone who is good at forecasting project expenditure and ensuring effective management of project budgets.
