Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Location: Wilmington, DE (5 days onsite) Salary: $105,000 – $120,000 Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This role will work closely with senior project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative capabilities, a high level of organization, and comfort working within project management systems. Responsibilities Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing detailed meeting minutes, and tracking action items Maintain and update project documentation, logs, and spreadsheets Support communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors Monitor project progress and identify risks or issues early Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders Organize and support the development of project presentations and materials Ensure compliance with company processes and project management best practices Support the use and maintenance of project management information systems (PMIS), ensuring data integrity and timely updates Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 2–5 years of project coordination or assistant p
