ABOUT THE ROLE The Assistant Project Manager independently manages complex coordination, documentation, and financial tracking activities while serving as a key extension of the Project Manager on 2-4 projects. This role proactively identifies risks, drives resolution of issues, and helps ensure successful project execution and smooth turnover to operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead pre-construction support activities by reviewing design deliverables, monitoring design milestones, coordinating with engineering, legal, and permitting teams, and ensuring project documentation aligns with owner objectives and contractual requirements. Actively manage procurement tracking by reviewing submittals for compliance, monitoring procurement schedules, tracking spare parts and long-lead items, and escalating risks that could impact schedule or cost. Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule, independently identify delays or risks, and provide clear recommendations to the Project Mana
