Why is this role important to Field Nation?The Assistant Program Manager, Talent Delivery plays a critical role on the Marketplace Provider team by serving as the engine behind buyer talent strategies. While the buyer-facing Field Nation Program Managers design the vision, this role focuses on the internal execution, scalability, and optimization of talent delivery programs. By acting as a central coordinator, this position ensures that the talent pools and service territories are built and vetted with engaged providers ready to meet the complex needs of our enterprise buyers. ## What you'll get to do Partner with buyer-facing Program Managers (aka Talent Advisors - TA) and Customer Success Executives (CSE) to translate buyer needs into actionable recruitments and engagement workflows. Design and deliver custom networks as advised by the TA/CSE based on each buyer’s goals, going beyond standard approaches to creatively address unique needs. Analyze coverage gaps, talent shortages, or skill needs in order to build agile, scalable micro-strategies to close those gaps. Confidently propose customized solution strategies for service territories and white space remote areas based on buyer use cases of known site listings, historical volume, density, pay, training, and tools to name a few. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align efforts, drive adoption, and ensure customer success.
