What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in human services, economics, or related field, at least two years of experience working with people with disabilities in a behavioral health environment
What You'll Do.
Assure adequate program staffing
Develop service designs
Act as a resource for behavioral health
Assist in developing Agency planning
Oversee accuracy and timeliness of billing
Provide oversight of daily operations
Assure timely communications
Assure compliance with safety regulations
Provide direct service in program operations
Manage special projects
Act in manager's capacity
Act as a mandated abuse reporter
Perform other duties as assigned

Assists in supervision, hiring and training staff, budgeting and contract fulfillment, and assigns to perform or discharge special projects in areas of responsibility. Ensures maintenance of equipment, ordering of supplies, inventory and quality of service. Essential Functions The following responsibilities represent the essential functions of the position: An employee in this classification is responsible for carrying out the following functions: 1. Assures adequate program staffing through scheduling, recruitment, hiring, and orientation of direct service, substitute, and volunteer staff as assigned. Provides all aspects of supervision, evaluation, and training to staff. 2. Provides input to the manager regarding program and business development. Assists in the development of service designs and makes recommendations for new programs and services. 3.
