Must Have

Bachelor's degree in human services, economics, or related field, at least two years of experience working with people with disabilities in a behavioral health environment

Assure adequate program staffing

Develop service designs

Act as a resource for behavioral health

Assist in developing Agency planning

Oversee accuracy and timeliness of billing

Provide oversight of daily operations

Assure timely communications

Assure compliance with safety regulations

Provide direct service in program operations

Act in manager's capacity

Act as a mandated abuse reporter

Perform other duties as assigned

Provides all aspects of supervision, evaluation, and training to staff. 2.     Provides input to the manager regarding program and business development.
