Solid product management experience, Practical experience in digital product management, preferably in eCommerce, digital commerce, retail, or other customer-facing digital environments, Good understanding of digital commerce customer journeys including storefront, product catalog, promotions, cart, checkout, payment, order lifecycle, and account-related features, Experience in working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, QA, business stakeholders, and external vendors, ability to gather and translate business requirements into structured product documents, user stories, and functional specifications, Good understanding of product development lifecycle, agile delivery processes, backlog management, testing coordination, and release support, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities through data, feedback, and process understanding, Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage follow-up across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English

The incumbent will work closely with product managers, engineering, design, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver scalable and impactful product capabilities that support business growth and customer experience. The incumbent is expected to bring solid product management experience in digital commerce, with practical understanding of customer journeys, product delivery processes, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will contribute to roadmap planning, requirement definition, execution follow-up, and product performance improvement in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
