Must Have
Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by effectively managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of performance, Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills supported by a clear, professional communication style, Comfort learning and using manual and automated systems, with prior experience working with a variety of computer software programs, Thrive in a hands-on setting that involves extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions, Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Deliver standout service and operational excellence

Support team development through training
Lead regular team huddles to share goals

Support daily operations by ensuring outstanding customer service
accurate merchandising and rotation
adequate staffing coverage
and consistent department cleanliness
Provide office and administrative support
including inventory management
and payroll functions
Promote compliance with all Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies
and provincial regulations
Contribute to store success by assisting with other related duties as required
