By leveraging the Category Management process, the Procurement Manager identifies cost‑optimization opportunities, supports innovation initiatives, oversees budget planning and forecasting, and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. This position plays a key role in achieving cost control, cost reduction, ensure compliance and operational efficiency across the supply base. **Key Responsibilities for Procurement Manager** **Strategic Procurement & Category Management** **1\.
