What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, 5+ years of related experience in a manufacturing, 2+ years' experience in a position of leadership, Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Thorough knowledge of CMMS systems, Advanced technical skills in mechanical and/or electrical fields, Ability to lead resource planning and management efforts, Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, Thorough knowledge of work order process, Thorough knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance, Thorough knowledge of TPM, Ability to use exposure monitoring equipment, Ability to interpret and communicate results, Ability to communicate and express ideas clearly and concisely, Critical thinking skills, Problem-solving skills, Interpersonal skills, Technical skills, Presentation skills
