The Merchandising Assistant will support the Planner in executing and communicating strategies that contribute to achieving the sales and inventory objectives of the Hospitality Division. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare weekly/monthly/annual updates and reporting for: * Sales by account and sales rep * Receipts * Replenishment * In-season & post-season analysis * Back Orders, On-hand and aged goods inventory * P.O. Tracking * Assist in creation of P.O.’s * Proactively communicate any inventory level issues to manager, customer service and sales team. * Act as liaison between warehouse and business units in placing orders and tracking transfers requests * Item creation for new seasonal buys and custom orders as well as SKU maintenance in D365 * Production & delivery status monitoring between HQ, suppliers, and/or third-party warehouse ## Qualifications * 3+ years of experience, including internships. * Attention to detail and accuracy with experience in data collection and order entry. * Strong analytical skills. * Knowledge and proficiency with MS Office (Excel). * Must be organized and possess the ability to multi-task. * Must have great communication skills both verbal and written. * Ability to solve problems in a calm and effective manner. * Customer service oriented. ## Additional Information Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
