What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Certified Personal Trainer, CPR and AED Certified, Demonstrated Leadership / Management Skills, Demonstrated communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills, Ability to drive results through others
Nice to Have
Bachelors degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or a related field, Experience in delivery and overall knowledge of virtual training methodology, Demonstrates success in increasing client acquisition and retention, Ability to manage multiple fitness professionals to a successful outcome, Demonstrates expertise in Life Time business applications (Exerp, Workday, Domo, etc.)
What You'll Do.
Lead and develop fitness professionals
Assist club leadership
Deliver Dynamic Personal Training experience
Deliver team member one on ones
Sell training for Fitness Professionals
Coach live client sessions
On-board new team members
Manage connectivity and sales process
Educate on products and services
Deliver personal production
Help team achieve financial goals
Oversee quality and consistency of products
Determine and implement strategies
Promote and direct execution of initiatives
Complete and support scheduling tasks
