Ensure proper and timely documentation for payroll

Maintain accurate records for employee insurance
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Support employee engagement initiatives
Manage and maintain job posting system
Manage employee turnover logs
Maintain records of employee transfer requests
Oversee accuracy of internal communication boards
Coordinate and submit insurance reports
Coordinate local pension documentation
Support People & Culture function
Step in for Assistant Director
Assist in daily operations
Uphold strict confidentiality
Respond appropriately to hotel emergencies
Respond to safety-related situations
Perform additional tasks or projects
