What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Basic computer knowledge, Forklift operator required, At least 18 years of age, Open shift availability required, Must maintain all training
Nice to Have
High school diploma preferred, College degree preferred, Big box wholesale experience preferred, Retail management experience preferred, Grocery management experience preferred, Prior forklift operating experience preferred, Prior merchandising experience preferred

Ensure merchandise is stocked
Maintain presentation standards

Oversee nightly execution
Coach overnight team members
Teach overnight team members
Motivate overnight team members
Serve as Manager on Duty
Lead overnight merchandising execution
Support merchandising task execution
Coordinate staffing for teams
Coordinate training for teams
Coordinate task execution for teams
Provide support to teams
Provide feedback to teams
Execute key overnight merchandising tasks
Perform display setup
Perform pallet movement
Perform sales floor resets
Ensure products are merchandised
Ensure correct signage
Ensure merchandise availability
Implement corporate merchandising plans
Implement sales initiatives
Conduct safety checks
Enforce sanitation procedures
Address safety issues
Promote hazard-free environment
Oversee Hot List completion
Verify pallet tag placement
Confirm documentation completion
