Identify training needs
Develop training for department team members
Deliver training for department team members
Support training of Departmental Trainers
Implement daily departmental training program
Achieve departmental budget goals
Maintain profits through increased sales revenue
Manage efficient cost expenditure
Accurately forecast business demands
Ensure efficient staffing
Ensure efficient food production
Promote Anantara Guest Incentive programs
Support Anantara Guest Incentive programs
Ensure efficient scheduling of Management
Ensure efficient scheduling of Team members
Supervise team member time control system
Train subordinate managers
Train subordinate supervisors
Maintain outlet safety standards
Maintain outlet sanitation standards
Maintain asset management of outlet property
Maintain asset management of outlet facilities
Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspection
Promote positive inter-departmental relations
Cooperate with other departments
Work closely with Banqueting department
Support requested functions
Motivate Team members to excel
