Accurately forecast business demands
Ensure efficient staffing
Ensure efficient food production
Promote Anantara Guest Incentive programs
Support Guest Incentive programs
Ensure efficient scheduling of Management
Ensure efficient scheduling of Team members
Supervise team member time control system
Train subordinate managers
Train subordinate supervisors
Coach and counsel team members
Implement progressive discipline process
Maintain outlet safety standards
Maintain outlet sanitation standards
Manage outlet property assets
Manage outlet facility assets
Conduct preventative maintenance inspection
Promote positive inter-departmental relations
