Eligibility Requirements

Maintain an onboard vessel presence throughout the work shift, Spend approximately 6 to 8 hours per shift within active production areas, Regular attendance at work, Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays, Travel is primarily local during the business day, Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required, Ability to work above ground at heights of a minimum of 50 feet aloft, Ability to work from scaffolding, Ability to work from man-lifts, Ability to work within confined spaces, Ability to withstand extreme heat and cold in an outside climate or confined space, Employee is regularly required to communicate with Production and Vendors, Employee is frequently required to walk, Use hands to finger, handle or reach with hands and arms, This position is very active, Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the workday, Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, Physically and medically qualified to wear all required personal protective equipment, Exposed to risk of electrical shock, Exposed to moving mechanical parts, Exposed to vibration, Exposed to fumes, Exposed to airborne particles, Exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, Exposed to continual loud noise, Exposed to other hazards found in a heavy industrial shipyard environment, Rigorous compliance with safety procedures, policies, and personal safety equipment requirements is mandatory
