What You'll Do.

Continuously evaluate and refine logistics workflows to reduce lead times and operational costs.

Leverage existing networks and identify new E-commerce service providers to scale our global footprint.
Assign tasks and provide structured training to third-party suppliers to ensure KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Utilize advanced Excel skills and system-generated reports to analyze logistics data

Systems Management: Operate and monitor ERP and WMS systems to ensure data integrity between physical stock and digital records. Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and refine logistics workflows to reduce lead times and operational costs. Customs Compliance: Knowledge with export customs. Partner & Vendor Management 3PL Coaching: Onboard, train, and coach third-party logistics (3PL) providers specifically on Casetify’s unique logistics processes and quality standards. Resource Sourcing: Leverage existing networks and identify new E-commerce service providers to scale our global footprint. Supplier Training: Assign tasks and provide structured training to third-party suppliers to ensure KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
