What You'll Do.
Manage biometric attendance systems and employee access control.
Activate access for new joiners and deactivate access for exiting employees.
Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of biometric devices.
Maintain and update biometric and access trackers.
Monitor CCTV systems and ensure proper functioning.
Maintain CCTV time synchronization and recording accuracy.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for maintenance and issue resolution.
Supervise security and housekeeping operations.
Manage attendance and manpower allocation for security/HK staff.
Ensure workplace cleanliness
and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations
and service requests.
Manage order processing and follow-up activities.
Maintain vendor records and ensure timely service delivery.
Verify and process invoices accurately.
Maintain invoice trackers and documentation.
Coordinate with the finance team for timely submission and processing.
Maintain stock records and inventory trackers.
Monitor stock availability and place orders as required.
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of assets/materials.
Handle telecom-related activities for Airtel
and other service providers.
Track telecom payments and billing records.
Coordinate issue resolution with telecom vendors.
Maintain petty cash and corporate credit card expense records.
Update trackers and supporting documents regularly.
Submit reports and expense details to the finance department.
Arrange cab services for employees as required.
Coordinate with transport vendors and ensure timely availability.
Maintain operational documentation as per organizational requirements.
Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations and reports for audits.
Support audit activities with accurate records and documentation.
