What You'll Do.

Handle enquiries received from service hotline

Handle enquiries from agents

Provide direct services to walk-in clients and agents

Perform witness job for non-resident application

Register and handle the submission of new application forms and policy requests

Collect premium and issue receipts to clients

Record daily transactions and maintain daily cash flow

Coordinate with accounts dept for premium bank-in

Confirm premium upload and rectify wrong payment transactions

Follow up with agents outstanding requirement of client’s application

Create new policy and client data in the system

Perform all kinds policy alteration and update client records in the system

Prepare relevant endorsements and confirmation letters to clients

Coordinate with team mates to work for month end and year end closing

Provide general administrative supports to the operation team

i. e. scanning and admin work

Perform other duties as assigned by line manager
