Industry & Context.
Requires a variety of physical activities, Frequent walking (75%), Sitting (50%), Standing (50%), Regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25–50%), Lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs, Fine motor skills and full use of hands are essential, Constant grasping, writing/typing, and use of technology, Visual and auditory acuity required 100% of the time, Occasional driving or climbing may also be necessary
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience, Favorable result on background check as required by state, Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Previous medical office experience, Previous leadership experience, ABO and NCLE certifications
What You'll Do.
Execute Total Patient Experience
Develop and maintain doctor relationships
Enforce corporate policies and procedures
Motivate team members
Assist with day-to-day office operations
Manage supply inventory
Assist with team member training
Guide team to success
Provide focused support and coaching
Handle team member and patient questions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors associated with office location; Motivate team members by remaining positive and communicating any changes or news in a supportive and constructive way; Assist leading the office by guiding them to success through focused support and coaching as directed by the Office Manager; Handle team member and patient questions in the absence of the Office Manager
