Eligibility Requirements

variety of physical activities to effectively perform essential job functions, frequent walking (75%), sitting (50%), standing (50%), regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25–50%), lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs, fine motor skills, full use of hands, constant grasping, writing/typing, and use of technology, Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—is required 100% of the time, Occasional driving or climbing may also be necessary

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience, Favorable result on background check as required by state, Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States

Nice to Have

Previous medical office experience, previous leadership experience strongly preferred, ABO and NCLE certifications preferred but not required

What You'll Do.

Effective execution of Total Patient Experience (TPE)

Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors associated with office location

Enforce all corporate policies and procedures

Motivate team members

Assist with executing day-to-day operations of the office

Monitor and assist with office flow

Monitor and assist with supply inventory

Monitor and assist with team member training

Handle team member and patient questions in the absence of the Office Manager

Team & Collaboration

Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors associated with office location; Motivate team members by remaining positive and communicating any changes or news in a supportive and constructive way; Assist leading the office by guiding them to success through focused support and coaching as directed by the Office Manager; Handle team member and patient questions in the absence of the Office Manager
