What They're Looking For.
Must Have
RN license in state they are working or covered by compact
Nice to Have
BLS Basic Life Support, PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support, ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support, NRP Neonatal Resuscitation Program, TNCC Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum, ENPC Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course, National Board Certification Specialty, Nurse Executive Certification or designated specialty certification, Bachelor of Science Nursing, 2 years nursing experience with 1 year minimum clinical experience in the acuity level of desired area, Charge nurse or management experience

Assists with supervising and coordinating administrative and operational activities

Supports managers/directors on larger units
Performs managerial responsibilities
Assists manager/director in planning and supervision of unit/department goals
Assists with managers/directors in planning and maintaining department's readiness for regulatory surveyors
