Must Have
Graduate from accredited nursing school, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), Current state RN license, Proof of BLS certification, Two years recent clinical nurse experience, Demonstrable clinical knowledge, Oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and organization skills
What You'll Do.
Facilitate communication among nursing staff
and multidisciplinary
Ensure continuity of care and operational efficiency
Provide real-time clinical support
Evaluate and coach nursing staff
Manage performance and initial corrective actions
Partner with Nurse Managers on operational issues
Address patient care issues
Monitor attendance and workflow concerns
Escalate clinical or performance matters
Facilitate communication and collaboration among unit staff
Ensure continuity of patient care information between shifts
Coordinate patient admitting
Coordinate other operational issues
Review major operational patient care issues with Nurse
Provide ongoing clinical evaluations of nurses
Provide ongoing clinical evaluations of patient care providers
Counsel employees on performance issues
Administer initial corrective actions
Collaborate in monitoring attendance issues
Alert Nurse Manager of significant clinical issues
Alert Nurse Manager of performance issues
Participate in interviewing employees
Participate in selecting employees
Appraise performance of employees
Monitor adherence to EEO/AAP goals
Monitor adherence to EEO/AAP guidelines
Administer Nursing Institute policies
Administer departmental policies
Administer CC policies and procedures
Supervise daily delivery of patient care
