What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current RN license in state they are working or covered by compact, 2 years nursing experience
Nice to Have
BLS Basic Life Support, PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support, ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support, NRP Neonatal Resuscitation Program, TNCC Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum, ENPC Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course, National Board Certification Specialty, Nurse Executive Certification or designated specialty certification, 1 year minimum clinical experience in the acuity level of desired area, Charge nurse or management experience

Assists with supervising and coordinating administrative and operational activities
Collaborates with interprofessional team to ensure safe and effective care delivery
Promoting a culture of excellence
Leads a team of nurses and clinical support
Supports managers/directors on larger units
Performs managerial responsibilities 80% of works on ground support
Assists in direct patient care as needed
Assists manager/director in planning and supervision of unit/department goals
Assists with managers/directors in planning and maintaining department's readiness
Serves as professional role model
and clinical resource
Responsible for personal and professional growth
Fostering an environment where interdisciplinary team members can contribute
Responsible for modeling core culture and safety behaviors
