What You'll Do.
Run cleaning house operations
Ensure wheat and flour specifications
Follow Food Safety Policies
Complete sanitation tasks
Perform milling operations
Perform wheat cleaning operations
Develop mechanical ability
Assist in preventative checks
Assist in mill repair
Follow schedule for wheat blending
Provide feedback on wheat blending
Perform testing of product
Monitor product through milling
Monitor product through cleaning
Maintain sanitation standards
Provide safe work environment
