1 year of related experience in Merchandising, or relevant Internships, strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, verbal and written communication skills, fashion sense, with a sense of brand and client needs, Ability to be an active listener and take direction, Detail oriented, with excellent follow-through skills, Excellent organizational ability to facilitate multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Support departmental strategies and business

Assist throughout the Product Life Cycle

Manage daily Merchandising responsibilities

Prepare documents for Product Lifecycle Meetings

Conduct research on competitive set

Support lead Merchandiser in building assortment

Partner with Planning to execute promotional strategies

Partner with Sourcing to secure timely flow

Partner with Marketing to deliver accurate information
