Here are some of the other ways you’ll help us stand out: * Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience. * Work closely with the Department Manager to execute departmental strategies and achieve stated goals and performance objectives. * Support team development through training, coaching, motivation, and recognition while maintaining a high level of trust, confidentiality, and professionalism. * Lead regular team huddles to share goals, recognize achievements, exchange product knowledge, and provide meaningful feedback to build engagement and connection. * Support daily operations by ensuring outstanding customer service, accurate merchandising and rotation, adequate staffing coverage, and consistent department cleanliness. * Provide office and administrative support, including inventory management, ordering, invoicing, schedule maintenance, and payroll functions. * Promote compliance with all Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies, procedures, and provincial regulations to maintain a safe and high-quality shopping environment. * Contribute to store success
