Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management or a related field, 3+ years’ experience in marketing, event planning, advertising, social media management or a related field, Experience creating and developing events from concept to execution, Proficient in content creation and managing social and digital media platforms, Excellent project and time management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal teams and external partners, Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment, High attention to detail and organizational skills, Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, as required by event programming, Ability to lift up to 30 lbs to support event set-up and tear-down, move about facility and stand for long periods of time
