What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline, 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing and communications, Hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, Website CMS experience (e.g., WordPress), Email/marketing automation experience, Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Excellent writing and editing skills, Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken), Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, Willingness to work flexible hours and travel/attend onsite events as required, Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Nice to Have

B2B events/exhibitions or similar industries experience, grasp of SEO/SEM, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, segmentation and lifecycle campaigns, basic video editing skills, bilingual copyediting experience, familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Experience with webinars and virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, ON24), Familiarity with CRM processes (lead capture, scoring, MQLs) and event-to-CRM integration, Basic data visualization or dashboarding comfort with A testing frameworks, Experience managing agencies and negotiating media/creative deliverables, Familiarity with LINE official account operations and reaching Taiwanese audiences
