Ensure on-time high-quality delivery
Own training calendars
Ensure adherence to company client and data security
Deliver training on Spoken and Written English
Deliver training on Voice Chat Email
Deliver training on Business communication and professional language
Deliver training on Customer service fundamentals and cultural
Deliver training on Objection handling empathy confidence and
Enable agents to apply communication skills
Design sales-focused training and coaching
Coach agents on sales behaviors
Partner with Operations to embed a sales mindset
Customize training modules and refreshers
Lead floor interventions
Lead skill reinforcement sessions
Perform call chat email analysis
Implement agent skill mapping
Implement targeted development plans
Drive frontend skill management initiatives
Partner with Quality and Operations to improve Sales
Use training as a lever to close performance
Liaise closely with Operations Quality and Sales leadership
Ensure training interventions are practical measurable and embedded
Prepare and present WBR MBR and site level
Report accurate statistics and insights to leadership
