Drive Voice & Accent Communication Soft Skills and

Ensure on-time high-quality delivery

Own training calendars

Ensure adherence to requirements

Deliver training on Spoken and Written English

Deliver training on Voice Chat Email

Deliver training on Business communication

Deliver training on Customer service fundamentals

Deliver training on cultural alignment

Deliver training on Objection handling

Deliver training on empathy confidence

Enable agents to apply communication skills

Design sales-focused training

Deliver sales-focused coaching

Coach agents on sales behaviors

Drive conversion and revenue

Partner with Operations to embed sales mindset

Customize training modules

Lead floor interventions

Perform call chat email analysis

Implement agent skill mapping

Drive frontend skill management initiatives

Partner with Quality and Operations to improve Sales

Use training as a lever to close performance

Liaise closely with Operations Quality and Sales leadership

Ensure training interventions are practical

Prepare and present training dashboards

Report accurate statistics and insights
