Degree in Building & Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline, At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, design, or installation of mechanical building services, Good knowledge of ACMV systems, including installation, operation and maintenance, Familiar with local codes of practice and tender processes, Proficient in MS-Office applications for analysis and report generation, Skilled in AutoCAD for engineering drawings, Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, Good problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical, operational and site-related issues, Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and respond effectively in a dynamic operational environment
What You'll Do.
Coordinate and follow up on ACMV maintenance activities
Liaise with users and contractors for routine servicing
Supervise and inspect contractors' work on site
Troubleshoot ACMV services failures
Monitor ACMV systems faults and respond to breakdowns
Assist in managing ACMV maintenance programmes
Provide technical support on ACMV installations
Monitor chilled water consumption
Support ACMV upgrading and improvement projects
