Must Have
8+ years of progressive experience in a high-growth management consulting or fast-paced client-driven environment, End-to-End Recruitment ownership, domestic non-tech hiring (consulting, corporate functions, research, strategy), Strategic Stakeholder Management, Data & Tech-Driven Approach, Agility & Drive, Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
tech and digital transformation hiring (including engineering recruitment, IT trends, and emerging tech talent), international hiring, Master's or MBA in HR

driving recruitment excellence
close open requirements at speed
without compromising on the quality
manage all hiring efforts across Zinnov
encompassing both non-tech and few tech roles
with a primary focus on Management consulting positions
ensuring the seamless execution of complex fast paced hiring initiatives
Partner closely with multiple senior leaders to deeply understand hiring needs
acting as a trusted advisor
and quick hiring across specialized roles
ensuring both speed and an exceptional candidate experience
Be a part of the adoption and optimization of modern hiring tools
and continuously improve key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill
and candidate quality by leveraging data and analytics
Help in change management efforts to enhance TA processes
and further automate our recruitment operations
