The incumbent will work closely with academic leaders, university stakeholders, and students to ensure the efficient delivery of services and the smooth operation of Graduate Studies functions. **_Job Responsibilities:_** * Support the full spectrum of postgraduate student administration, including admissions, course registration, course exemptions, briefings, examinations, leave matters, outreach and publicity, website content maintenance, overseas conference processing, research internship programmes, and related operational processes. * Partner with Associate Deans, Programme Directors, and academic staff to review curricula and syllabi, and to prepare, coordinate, and submit academic proposals, changes, and related documentation. * Plan, coordinate, and oversee the end-to-end examination process, including examination timetable preparation, venue coordination, examination administration, result processing support, and post-examination follow-up. * Pr
