Overall Responsibility** * Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations within the residential building. * Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of common areas and residential facilities. **2\. Staff Management** * Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff. * Assign daily duties and monitor staff performance. * Maintain staff attendance, discipline, and grooming standards. **3\. Cleaning & Maintenance Oversight** * Ensure proper cleaning of common areas such as lobbies, corridors, staircases, lifts, basements, clubhouses, and amenities. * Monitor deep cleaning schedules and periodic cleaning activities. * Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep issues. **4\. Quality & Hygiene Standards** * Implement and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per building policies. * Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices. * Conduct regular inspections and audits of housekeeping areas. **5\. Inventory & Material Management** * Manage stock of cleaning supplies, chemicals, tools, and equipment. * Raise purchase requisitions and control consumption to avoid wastage. * Ensure safe storage and proper usage of housekeeping materials. **6\. Vendor & Contractor Coordination** * Liaise with outsourced housekeeping agencies or vendors (if applicable). * Monitor vendor performance and service quality. * Ensure compliance with contract terms and SLAs. **
