Must Have
knowledge of facility / building / property operations, Degree or Diploma in Hotel management / Graduate with Building management experience, at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in facilities management, good working knowledge in occupational safety, aptitude in client-centric operations, Solid background in team management, Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team, Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives, good knowledge of the working procedures
Nice to Have
Preferable from IHM or any reputed HM institute, Experience in Facilities Management is required, Customer Service focus, Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands, Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements, PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems, Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable, Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required
What You'll Do.

Taking daily property rounds
coordinating with the team to close any matters related to cleaning
Maintaining daily/monthly reports
and sharing the same with Property Manager and client
Schedule weekly vendor meetings to discuss daily issues
Maintaining/preparing monthly attendance summary record for salary
investigating and resolving customer queries
Developing and mentoring new and subordinate vendor staff
improving and monitoring procedures to ensure cost-effective and efficient services
preparing and developing the documentation of standard policies and procedures
and assigns work to subordinate supervisors and/or teams
Manage landscaping and gardening
brief all staff regarding their duties
designated areas of work
and special instructions
Prepare and implement various checklists
Ensure the housekeeping staff is well-groomed
Monitor that the staff is cleaning as per standards
Ensure that janitor closets and storage areas are always maintained in a neat and orderly manner
Take feedback - customer needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction levels
Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets
provide administrative support to the Facility Management team
Implementation of client specific app-based tools
carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance
oversee creating stock reports
