The role involves vendor management, team supervision, client coordination, and compliance. ### ### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily soft services operations and ensure SLA/SOP compliance * Manage vendors, site staff, manpower deployment, and discipline * Conduct routine inspections and quality audits * Act as the primary point of contact for client soft services requirements * Handle client feedback, escalations, and service requests * Ensure safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance, including chemical handling * Monitor consumables, costs, and support budget adherence * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports ### **Qualifications & Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Facility / Hospitality Management or related field * 4–8 years of experience in soft services or facility operations * Strong exposure to housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and vendor management * Experience in corporate, commercial, or institutional sites preferred ### #
