Must Have

1-3 years of retail management experience, A high school graduate or equivalent, A good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals, Able to utilize retail technology, Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 pounds

What You'll Do.

Experts and Brand Associates

hiring and developing highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams

owning assigned area of responsibility

implementing action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity

performing Service Leader duties

ensuring consistent execution of standard operating procedures

representing the brand

understanding the competition and retail landscape

promoting community involvement

leveraging omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience

ensuring all compliance standards are met

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

collaboration with General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager; teaching and coaching behaviors to Leads, Experts and Brand Associates; cultivating a high performing team; delivering a best-in-class experience to customers
