Post- Asst Manager Project **Project Coordination** Assists the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects. Maintains project schedules, tracks milestones, and monitors deliverables. Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, and documents action items and decisions. **Documentation and Reporting** Maintains comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, risk logs, and change requests. Prepares regular progress updates for stakeholders and leadership. Ensures all project records are accurate, current, and accessible. **Stakeholder Communication** Serves as a point of contact for project team members and stakeholders. Facilitates information flow between parties and escalates issues appropriately. Distributes project communications and ensures stakeholders remain informed of progress and changes. **Resource and Budget Support** Assists in tracking project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation. Monitors project costs against approved budgets and flags variances. Coordinates resource scheduling and availability with team members. **Risk and Issue Management** Identifies potential project risks and issues. Maintains risk and issue logs and supports development of mitigation strategies.
