The role involves close coordination with internal teams, clients, vendors, and site stakeholders. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead **project execution** activities for **IBMS and ELV systems** including: * **CFS (Fire & Life Safety Systems)** * **CCTV / Video Surveillance** * **Access Control Systems** * **BMS (Building Management Systems)** * Manage projects from **kick‑off to handover** , including planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and closure. * Coordinate with **design, engineering, procurement, vendors, and site teams**. * Monitor **project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization**. * Ensure compliance with **safe
